Cold room to store raw material before their transformation.
Ideal to manage the peak of fruit and vegetables' maturation, deferring the transformation period and avoiding heavy loads.

Easy to assemble and to set up: the cold room is shipped with disassemble sides, ready to assemble. The assembly of the cold room is very simple, an expert will need less than 20 minutes and inexperienced person won't need more than one hour.

REFRIGERATION GROUP

The monoblock refrigeration unit can be applied directly to the cold storage or remotely installed with the help of a technician.

According to the use of the cold room, there are two types of refrigeration groups:

• REFRIGERATION PLANT AT A TEMPERATURE
Temperature 0°C/+2°C
• REFRIGERATION PLANT AT A NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE
Temperaturelavoro -18°C./-20°C.

- Wall monoblock plant on a pannel equipped of internal lighting
- Bodywork in electro-galavnised metal sheet, varnished with epoxy powder
- Demountable front pannel
- Control pannel with programmable electronic circuit on the machine's side
- Air condensation
- Automatic defrosting with programmable frequency and length
