Infeed screw with 2 idle cycles for the distribution and the spinning (or shrinking) of still wine capsules.

  • Capsule dispenser with inclined plate synchronized with the machine speed, with cork presence sensor on option
  • Capsuling unit for the shrinking or spinning of wine capsules
  • No. 2 independent labelling units for self-adhesive labels

  • Hot-foil printing unit (or simpler pneumatic ink printer) for lot no. or date stamping

  • Third labelling head, to apply a shoulder label or a neck-ring label.
  • Electronic speed change control
  • Accumulation table on outfeed (stationary or rotary type) with chain drive motor, for independent operation.
