Peeler machine for small size fruits, with regular orbits: oranges, apples, pears, kiwis, peaches, lemons, grapefruits, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, carrots. It is used in the spirits range, expecially to produce the "Limoncello" liqueur. The fruits wheel by an inferior trident, and they are fixed on the upper side by a mobile pushrod. Fruits can be peeled thin to maximum height of 100 mm . |

The machine has a mobile arm that follows the surface of the fruit, operation similar to that of the lathe, and it stops automatically at the end cycle. The rotating cup biade placed on thè arm, removes thè quantity of peel related to the regulation of the thickness. The machine is complete of three interrupters of use: a general interrupter to the left. An interrupter of run to the center (for the number of trails of skinning for fruit). A key of start (to the right). Strip peels just as you can do manually.
