The filler counterpressure type is used to bottle all carbonated beverages, such as sparkling wines, soft-drinks, beer, mineral water.

The filler is a simple and strong machine designed to fill products event at high pressure avoiding foam inside the bottle, thanks to its advanced concept.

Most of the components are in steel and metal allowys, while all the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (it is possible to manufacture the machine completely in stainless steel on demand).

  • High versatility : possibility to fill glass and PET bottles from 200ml to 2 Lt.

  • Quick adjusting : the bottle-pdestals can be adjusted in height to fit different bottle height by a simple motion on a toothed shaft.

  • Semi-automatic operation : manual lodaing / onloading of the bottles by one operator only, the machine performs the filling operation automatically

  • Speed control by inverter : the working speed can be adjusted according to the bottles sizes and the product specifications

  • Safety systems: automatic product flow stopping and pressure exahust in case of bottle breaking.

  • Strong mechanics : the central cam is mounted on strong ball-bearings on oil bath, included in a tight casing

  • Strong protection covers and stainless steel panels between each bottle

The machine can be supplied on demand with a pre-evacuation system, including a vacuum pump, to remove efficiently the air inside the bottle prior to the filling operation. This option is recommended for all the products which are sensible to the oxygen pick-up; additionally it reduces the risks of contamination always possible with the contact between the product and the air.
