The monoblock is built on a base in robust mechanical carpentry, entirely covered in AISI 304 stainless steel and with large access doors.
Equipped with CE safety protections (with plastic panels and safety micro-switches) and loading and unloading stars complete with safety devices.
The normal working cycle involves manual activities exclusively in the phases of line loading and unloading, while the passage from the filling station to the capping station takes place through a game of stars.

- Descent channel caps complete with photocell for vibratory operation control and machine stop in case of missing capsules.
- Stainless steel locking head and plastic block plugs.
