Rinsing Machine SC 1500 suitable for the Inside washing of Bottles and jars
This rinsing machine is suitable for the inside rinsing of glass or PET bottles .
It has limited overall dimensions, and t is mounted on 4 swivelling wheels for easy motion. Its baseframe and main parts are manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.

It mainly consists of a clockwise rotating table including 20 positions on which the bottles are manually overturned and positioned.

The bottles are rinsed by an injection of pre-filtered water coming from the hydric network.
The quantity of injected water can be set based on working requirements.
At the end of rinsing, the bottles are dripped for a sufficient time, in order to obtain a reduced residual amount of water.

The speed is adjustable by the controller on the machine base.
The machine can be equipped with a recycling system with pump and a recoil tank, or supplied in air-blowing versions.
